Day 45 - Missed the Free Wine

The Children's Center for the Visually Impaired did benefit from my Crestwood Shops purchase, but I was a day late for the free wine.  My friends, JoEllen and Dorothy, owners of Bennett Schneider where I bought the goods, told me about the annual holiday season event.  For 3 days, the shops and restaurants of Crestwood Shops generously donated 10% of their total sales.  The shoppers/imbibers who came the Thursday night before, for the Evening in Crestwood, were treated to a free glass of wine.  I'll be back next year, on Thursday night.
