By purchasing these notecards, I'm now connected with an orphanage in Uganda. The cards are replicas of actual drawings made by children who have come from Burundi, Rwanda, Sudan, Chad, and Niger, escaping war, abuse, abandonment, and the scourge of HIV/AIDS.
Change the Truth has given them hope for the future. Thank you, Paula S, for enlightening me about the organization. In reading the fine print, I discovered that a Kansas City friend, Lynne M, is on the board of directors and made a documentary about the orphanage.
