Day 75 - Chinese Lettuce Wraps

A friend of a friend has a daughter who has been in and out of the hospital for a couple of years.  The daughter is an ice skater and her mother's friends from the rink decided to collect restaurant gift cards so that meals can be grabbed on the run.  I've heard the girl's mom likes the Chinese Bistro, P. F. Chang's, especially for the lettuce wraps.  I don't have a skater at the rink but what the heck. Go get some wraps at Chang's, Wendy, they're on me!
